Our Agent

Brian Sharp

Broker

Brian was born and raised in the local area and his roots to Brentwood run multiple generations. He knows the area, the people, the schools, the vendors and is well-connected to the business and political community.

What sets Brian apart from most real estate agents is a genuine desire to always keep the client’s interests in mind. This often means Brian’s recommendation to a client will be to NOT buy or sell right then depending on their circumstances. While this may cost him a commission, it’s just how he does business–the RIGHT way. Another difference is that Brian deals directly with all his clients instead of delegating to a large team. It’s more of the “old-school” personal touch. Brian strongly believes this gives a higher level of service as opposed to expecting his clients to deal with different team members at each stage of the process.

Brian has sold more listings in Brentwood over the past 20 years than any other agent, and his total is almost more than double the #2 agent. Many agents claim to be #1 by slicing the data a certain way, or including their “team” stats. However, a report from TrendGraphix (a 3rd party real estate reporting service) verifies Brian as the actual #1 Brentwood agent for as far back as that report has data. Brian has been voted “Best of Brentwood” nearly every year the award has been given for the real estate agent category.

Brian is very “tech-savvy” and he was one of the first 500 agents in the nation to earn the “e-Pro” designation. He understands and embraces Google Ads, pay-per-click targeting marketing, social media, re-targeting, etc. to get maximum exposure for his client’s listings.

Brian is also a frequent speaker at local real estate agent or business groups speaking on topics ranging from real estate market trends, to technology tools to personal productivity. Prior to starting his career in real estate in 1998, Brian was the manager of a lending office, so he is familiar with that side of the business, as well.

Brian married his college sweetheart, Debbie, in 1996 and they have four children plus one adopted child. When he’s not working or shuttling children around to their various activities, you’ll find him on his horse where he competes in local and national competitions.
