Brian was born and raised in the local area. His family has been involved in the local ranching/farming industry for decades. What sets Brian apart from the crowd is a genuine desire to always keep the client’s interests in mind. This often means Brian’s recommendation to a client will be to NOT buy or sell. While this may cost him a commission, it’s just how he does business, the RIGHT way.
Brian has been one of the top-producing agents in our marketplace for the last decade. Depending how you slice the data, he routinely comes up as #1, #2 or #3 for most of the local towns individually or taken together as a whole. He has sold more short sales listings in Brentwood than any other agent all-time. Brian has been voted “Best of Brentwood” nearly every year the award has been given for the real estate category. Brian is highly proficient with the computer and the Internet and he was one of the first 500 agents in the nation to earn the e-Pro designation. He has also earned the CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR designation (Short sales and Foreclosure Resource). He is quite familiar with short sales, and his seminars on loan mods and short sales are usually booked up to overflowing.
Brian is also a frequent speaker at local real estate agent or business groups speaking on topics ranging from real estate, to technology tools to personal productivity. Prior to starting his career in real estate in 1998, Brian was the manager of a lending office, so he is familiar with that side of the business, as well. Brian married his college sweetheart, Debbie, in 1996 and they have 4 children who are all active in local sports such as football, cheerleading, swimming and horse-back riding events.
